Acceptable Use Policy

Nordik Lab is a platform for athletes and coaches. These rules protect you, other users, and the providers whose data powers the platform.

Data access

  • Do not attempt to access, view, or modify data belonging to another user without their explicit authorization through a Nordik Lab coaching relationship.
  • Do not exploit API bugs or session issues to access data you are not entitled to.
  • Do not aggregate or scrape other users' training data through any interface.

Platform integrity

  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization checks, rate limits, or quotas.
  • Do not send automated request volumes that degrade the service for other users.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code or models.
  • Do not use the service to build tools that compete with Nordik Lab using data obtained through this platform.

Uploaded content

  • Do not upload malware, ransomware, or files designed to exploit the platform.
  • Do not upload content that belongs to someone else without their permission.
  • Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.

AI and generated content

  • Do not use Nordik Intelligence outputs as emergency medical guidance or as a replacement for professional sports medicine.
  • Do not attempt to prompt the AI to produce content that violates these rules or applicable laws.
  • Do not use the AI to generate content intended to deceive other users or third parties.

Provider compliance

When using Nordik Lab with connected providers (Strava, WHOOP, Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Concept2, Wahoo, Hammerhead), you remain subject to each provider's own terms of service and acceptable use policies. Do not use Nordik Lab in a way that would put you in violation of those provider terms.
