End User License Agreement

License grant

Subject to these terms, Nordik Lab grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Nordik Lab platform for your own authorized training and coaching workflows.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or resell the platform or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code
• Use the platform to create a competing product or service
• Use data obtained through the platform to build competing datasets or AI training corpora
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or branding
• Use automated systems to access the platform in ways that exceed normal use

iOS and mobile applications

If you are using Nordik Lab through the iOS app, your use is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and any claims related to the app are handled by Nordik Lab, not Apple.

Updates

Nordik Lab may release updates to improve features, fix bugs, or address security issues. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of any updated license terms.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Nordik Lab may also terminate your access for violations of the Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you must stop using the platform.
